Mindful Writing ~ 2014:26

My sleep cycle is changing once again. Awake at 3:00 AM and falling asleep at 9:00 PM. Very early morning is great for writing, however by noon I’m ready for a nap. This is going to be one of those lazy Sundays and if not on Sunday – then when?

  1. Sounds like you had an enjoyable and creative day balanced with dog-walking and tracking the muse…I can relate to that. I like the idea of cutting up an unsuccessful painting, and pulling the good parts out for use in petite vignettes. I’m not a painter, but I can see how this practice could be used with writing as well.

  2. Oh darn and so sorry. This comment was meant for your post from yesterday. Chalk it up to my being up since 3:30 a.m. with 3 hours of disrupted sleep and then a zombie 8 miler hike today.

    But relating to this post….I often wonder what influences from the celestial world might have something to do with our sleep patterns.
